And an extra source of income alongside your consultations. Affiliate marketing done right: a strong product you can proudly stand behind.
Your schedule depends on word of mouth. Your consultations pay by the hour, so earning more means longer days. Your treatment helps, but not always for good, and what your client takes in at home stays out of view. And marketing comes on top of it all, the last thing you want after a busy day.
We put three things against that. With two omega-3 home tests you measure what your client takes in and follow it up as a number. You recommend a fish oil that is pure, and proven pure. And our system makes sure new clients find you, while you do what you do best.
There is a reason our clients and kPNI experts swear by this formula.
Because we guide the set-up from start to finish, on site at your practice, we only take on 6 practices per month. The sooner you start, the sooner your revenue and client base can grow.First come, first served

Our environment contains more and more pollution.
And in independent tests, up to 83% of fish oil supplements were oxidised. Our environment contains more and more pollution, and it builds up in fish.
PCBs, dioxins and heavy metals end up in the sea and accumulate in the fat of fish. A good fish oil is therefore purified and tested, and that should be documented.
In independent research, 83% of 32 tested fish oil supplements exceeded the recommended oxidation value, and only 3 contained what the label promised (Albert et al., Scientific Reports, 2015).
Meanwhile, the average omega-3 index in Belgian research is 5.6%, below the 8% target (Schuchardt et al., 2024), and food provides on average 5 µg of vitamin D per day, where the Superior Health Council recommends 15 µg (Sciensano, 2022-2023).
Measure to know: the programme includes two omega-3 home tests, one at the start as a baseline and one after five months to measure the change. That is how we track your client’s progress, as a number.
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential. The body makes little or none of them itself, so they have to come from food, mainly oily fish. Vitamin D mainly comes from sunlight. For both, Belgians are below target on average.
What someone eats does not tell you what reaches the body. That is why everything starts with a measurement: an omega-3 home test, analysed by an external lab, with the result as a number. The lab determines the omega-3 index, and also the ratio between omega-6 and omega-3, from an extended fatty acid profile.

Clients who see their progress stay
A baseline at the start, a second measurement after five months, and a result they can follow up themselves. That gives structure. It keeps a client at your practice for years, and they bring their friends.
The formula kPNI experts use
Well-considered supplementation does not start with a single jar, but with nutrients that complement each other: omega-3, vitamin D with K2, magnesium and active B vitamins. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium, and vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. That is why they come together in the products we recommend, in forms the body absorbs well.
What is in the sea ends up in the fish
PCBs, dioxins and heavy metals accumulate in fat. And fish oil oxidises, even in the bottle. The oil we recommend comes from cod in the Barents Sea, is purified with bentonite clay and activated charcoal, bottled under nitrogen and reaches a TOTOX value of 4.8 on the certificate of analysis, where the international standard is 26. The QR code on the bottle shows where and when the fish was caught.

You recommend nothing on gut feeling
An omega-3 home test, an external lab in Oslo, and 8% as the target. The programme includes two tests: your client gets one at the start, the baseline, and another after five months to measure the change. Next to the omega-3 index, the result also shows the ratio between omega-6 and omega-3. You see progress as a number instead of a feeling. The number does the talking, you do not need to promise anything.

Quality starts at the source. The oil we recommend comes from cold Norwegian waters and is processed without detours: no shipping from South America or Africa, no middlemen.
Within a quarter of an hour of the catch, the oil is extracted on board, then processed further in Norway.
Made from cod biomass that fishermen would otherwise throw overboard.
One of the strictest fisheries laws in the world, with quotas, protected areas and a ban on discarding bycatch.
Waste heat from production warms the labs and offices, and seawater helps with cooling.

I came to marketing through health
Ten years ago I started in health, five years ago in marketing. What began as an important skill became a passion.
When I discovered how online and affiliate marketing could help health practices grow, in revenue and in breathing room, everything fell into place. Like René, I get to the bottom of things. And that brought us together once again. René brought the last piece of the puzzle: a product fully in line with what I have been researching and applying myself for ten years.

From combat soldier to cell health
I served as a combat soldier for 17 years, 6 of them with a side job as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach. I then studied orthomolecular therapy, and there I became fascinated by what happens inside the human cell: cell health and cellular respiration. That is when I knew: this is my mission. Since then I also inform and mobilise people as a speaker, about the best tools to work on their health through nutrition and lifestyle.

The omega-3 index is the share of omega-3 in the membranes of your red blood cells. The number says nothing about complaints, only how much omega-3 your body took in over the past months.
If you work with one of these groups, these supplements fit what your clients are already focused on.
Clients who often feel tired
Long working days, and they want to keep their energy up throughout the day.
Women over 45
They want to take conscious care of their body, also in the long run.
Athletes and active people
They train a lot and want their body to keep up.
People who want to stay mentally sharp
Business owners and busy parents with a full head and a long day.
Clients who pay attention to their heart
They already have blood tests done and follow up on their levels.
Clients with a lot of pressure
Work, family and little rest. They look for structure in their daily habits.
Food supplements do not treat or prevent diseases and do not replace a varied diet. The effects listed are approved claims for the nutrients themselves, not for a specific product.
Measure to know
What affiliate marketing means for your practice, what to look for in a supplement, the approved health claims and the four-step method.
What is the omega-3 index?
The omega-3 index is the share of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in the membranes of red blood cells, expressed as a percentage. Scientific literature proposes 8% as a target value (Harris and von Schacky, 2004). Because a red blood cell lives about 120 days, the number reflects intake over the past months.
How does an omega-3 test work in practice?
With an omega-3 home test: a few drops of blood on a test card that goes to an external lab. The lab produces an extended fatty acid profile and derives the omega-3 index and the ratio between omega-6 and omega-3 from it. The programme includes two tests: one at the start as a baseline, and one after five months to measure the change.
What does the ratio between omega-6 and omega-3 tell you?
Omega-6 and omega-3 are both essential fatty acids. A Western diet usually contains far more omega-6 than omega-3, partly from vegetable oils and processed food. The test shows that ratio next to the omega-3 index. The omega-3 index has the most scientific support, which is why we aim for 8%.
How high is the omega-3 index in Belgium?
In the Belgian studies included in the 2024 world map, the average omega-3 index is 5.6%. That falls in the low category, below the 8% target. In most countries worldwide the index is low to very low (Schuchardt et al., Progress in Lipid Research, 2024). For Belgium this concerns a small group of 149 participants, so it is an indication, not a national measurement.
How much vitamin D does the Belgian Superior Health Council recommend?
15 µg per day for adults and 20 µg for older people, because sunlight in Belgium is often insufficient, especially in winter. Belgians get on average 5 µg per day from food (Sciensano, 2022-2023).
Which health claims can you use for omega-3?
Only the approved EU claims from Regulation 432/2012, linked to the nutrient. For example: EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, each from 250 mg per day. Claims that link a nutrient to a disease are not allowed.
Do I need to handle stock or delivery?
No. Your client orders online and gets everything delivered at home. You keep no stock, ship nothing and do no customer service. You focus on the measurement and the conversation.
How long does a client subscription run?
Six months, with two omega-3 home tests: one at the start as a baseline and one after five months to measure the change. After that it continues monthly until the client cancels.
Why are there only 6 places per month?
Because we guide the set-up of every practice from start to finish, on site at the practice. We cannot do more than six a month properly.
Leave your number and we will call you within two working days. No obligation, no sales pitch.
